Gou Pi (kou pi) Plaster (Gao) is the strongest of the plasters. It is particularly useful for temporary pain relief from old injuries to tendons, ligaments, and bones. Gou pi plasters penetrate through and disperse accumulations of qi, blood and fluid. They strongly stimulate local circulation, which supports healing.*

Function:
Moves qi, invigorates blood, warms the channels and collaterals, relieves pain, dissipates cold which has penetrated the body.

Indications:
Minor aches and pains of muscles and joints due to simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises and sprains.

Directions:
Adults and children 2 years and older: remove the clear film backing and apply plaster to affected area once a day.
Children under 2 years of age: Do not use, consult a doctor.
Store tightly sealed.

Warnings:
If you have sensitive skin, try a small piece of the plaster on the arm for 60 minutes before first use. If rash, redness or itching results, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not apply to extremely hairy skin. Highly adhesive plaster may hurt upon removal.
Plaster remains effective for 24 hours.
Once opened, keep container with remaining plaster folded closed and clipped. Store at room temperature.
