Zheng Gu Shui (pronounced Jung Goo Shway) is a "neutral" solution that may be applied in all situations for temporary pain relief. Zheng Gu Shui is useful before or after exercise for soreness and is often used as a massage liniment. It may be added to bath water.*

Directions:
Soak cotton balls with Zheng Gu Shui and apply, wrapping the cotton loosely with gauze. Leave on one hour for upper body, 1 1/2 hours for lower limbs. Shorten the time for children.
For backache, strains, bruises, and sprains, apply 3-4 times per day.
