Coriolus versicolor (also known under the names Trametes versicolor, Yun Zhi, Kawaratake and Turkey Tail) is the most intensively researched and best documented mushroom in the world, due to its outstanding properties.

Oriveda PSP-50 is the most potent Coriolus PSP extract commercially available. It is also the only fully certified extract worldwide, with guaranteed levels of the main bio-active and bio-available ingredients. In Coriolus PSP these ingredients are mainly the polysaccharides (i.p. the beta-glucans). Oriveda guarantees the percentages of these components and their bio-availability. Only the mycelia (the 'roots' of the mushroom) were used for the extract, having the highest level of bio-actives.
PSP is the abbreviation of PolySaccharo-­Peptide, a protein bound polysaccharide extracted from a specific strain of the mycelia of the Coriolus versicolor mushroom.

Indications:
Use to support the immune system. It can be helpful for symptoms of occasional weakness, fatigue, poor appetite, nausea and vomiting, insomnia , anxiety, pain, night sweats.*

Directions:
As a dietary supplement and as general immune support : 3 x 1 capsules per day, 30 minutes before meals.
When used to complement chemo or radiotherapy or similar immune compromising treatments, 3 x 3 capsules per day, 30 min before meals.
The capsules are best taken with water. In case you do not want to consume the capsules themselves, they are easy to open and you can pour out and dissolve the extract powder in water. We recommend to take the extract together with vitamin C -­ there are indications this improves the absorption in the intestines.
Store at room temperature, dark and dry.
