This specially crafted massage oil works to quickly relieve aches and pains related to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, aches, joint pain and arthritis. New! Pain Relief Plus has the same great formula as our standard Pain Relief Oil, but with Corydalis. Corydalis (yan hu suo) promotes qi movement and blood circulation. It is an excellent herb with a steady and strong action. It is prepared as an extract in olive oil.

Directions:
This oil is concentrated. A small amount goes a long way! Read instructions carefully.

Spot Massage - Put a small amount in your palm and rub palms together quickly to warm the oil. Gently and thoroughly massage the area. Provides FAST relief as it penetrates deeply to soothe aches and pains from simple backache, arthritis, rheumatism, muscle strains, bruises, sprains and tired sore feet.

Whole Body Massage - Add one tablespoon Pain Relief Aromatherapy Massage Oil to 1/2 cup of almond oil or other basic massage oil. Proceed with massage as directed.

Bath - A small amount goes a long way. Add a teaspoonful to your bath water for a hot soak in the tub after a hard workout! Instant relaxing relief all over!

Sports & Exercise - Apply to muscle areas BEFORE workouts to help relax tight muscles. Apply AFTER sports or exercise and massage gently to help reduce soreness and soothe overworked muscles.

Work - Apply to aching muscles in the arms, legs or back after a hard day on the job or working around the house. Apply to hands, fingers, knees or feet to soothe and relieve aches and pains in the joints caused by arthritis, rheumatism or neuralgia.
