Die Da Wan pills are taken internally as the counterpart to externally applied Dit Da Jow Bruise Liniment.
This product is a well known brand name in China that has been around for almost 100 years.

TCM Function:
Invigorates blood, breaks blood stasis, tonifies blood, supports sinew and bone, dredges and opens the channels and collaterals, relieves pain.

Indications:
Use for acute traumatic injury with internal bruising and swelling. Applicable for sprains and fractures with swelling, especially in the early stages. Trauma pills are for short term use and should be taken the first 24-36 hours of a sprain or during the first week after a contusion, break or fracture. These pills support healing and are not a substitute for proper medical care.

These pills are herbal balls coated with wax to protect their potency. Remove the outer waxy coating before chewing the pill!

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 pill, 1-2 times per day for 1 or 2 days.
Each pill is a dark herb ball surrounded by a waxy coating. Break open the coating and discard, then chew and swallow the inner herb ball.
This pill should be followed with warm water and, optionally, chased by a warming liquor like whiskey or brandy.
Note: Do not eat the outer waxy coating!
