Function:
Invigorates the blood, warms the meridians, warms the uterus, relieves pain.

Indications:
Use for temporary blood qi stagnation due to accumulation of cold causing menstrual cramps or postpartum cramping.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 8 pills 3x daily. (Dosage may be increased to 12 pills, if needed)
For severe cases, begin dosing with ovulation and continue until the menstrual cramps cease during the period. In less severe cases, take as needed once cramps begin.
Discontinue once cramps cease so as not to aggravate menstrual bleeding.
