It may be helpful for cold, achy knees or ankles, stiff shoulders or achy elbows.*

Functions:
Dispels wind, eliminates damp, opens the channels and collaterals, warms the channels and collaterals, relieves pain.

Indications:
Use for wind damp bi syndromes characterized by a weak or aching lower back, or painful joints, especially the knees or feet.
